剑桥雅思16Test2口语Part3题目及范文
1. What kinds of things do people write online reviews about in your country?
参考范文1 Nearly everything, from food to clothing to films.I don't think it's a phenomenon that's just here in China;it's a global thing of modern times. With the surge of internet shopping, marketing and, well, just kind of everything, nearly everyone I know buys and reviews things online
参考范文2 Mostly products that you can buy rather than services,I think, although that might be because I've never bought any kind of service online. Like I said earlier, there are often reviews on apps like JingDong and Taobao even iQIYI,and the movies they offer.I assume it's the same everywhere, but I don't know for sure.
2. Why do some people write online reviews?
参考范文1 Well, I think it's generally because they want to help others and give them informa-tion about whatever it is they' re reviewing. 1 must admit, 1 do like the idea of this, but unfortunately, I also know that many reviews are fake. A company can pay for positive reviews, which then tips the scale, but on the fip side, occasionally, it might just be some unhappy people ganging up against a company and saying its products are bad just because they don't like them.
参考范文2 I think if they're pleased with what they bought, many people want to help promote the eller. That's why 1 do it, at least. Whenever I'm pleased with a product, I'll give the store a positive review. On the other hand, if I'm unhappy with it for any reason,I'll also leave a bad one.
3. Do you think that online reviews are good for both shoppers and companies?
参考范文1 I think they can be,as long as they are believed to be genuine.Like 1 was saying, there's an awful lot of fake reviews out there, but I truly believe if consumers can sift through the mist of deceit, there may be some really valuable information out there.I think if companies themselves make a public effort to confirm the reviews, it will go a long way to building trust with future customers.
参考范文2 Well, my instinct is to say no.I do think they are good for the shoppers, but NOT the companies. If the company always gets positive reviews, then it could definitely help.Sill,I personally don't know of a company without some negative reviews in there too, which if they get too many could cause the company problems.
4. What do you think it might be like to work in a customer service job?
参考范文1 Oh,I don't need to imagine it, I've done it, and the word 'nightmare' doesn't even come close. I sessfully applied for a summer job last year at a social media company. I was really excited about the job as it was a great opportunity for me, but I ended up absolutely hating it. I've never heard so many people just moaning about anything and everything, and half the time, it was problems that they'd created for themselves. There were a few people that just had quetions and were very grateful, but most of it was complaints.
参考范文2 I think it could be a lot of fun.I rally enjoy talking to diferent people;I'm a bit of an extrovert like that. Talking to lots of people all day would be a ltle slice of heaven for me. Having said that, I think it could be hard work sometimes as I'd need to learn about the products or services that the company offers. Computers or IT stuff would be difficult, but anything to do with clothing or fashion would be perfect.
5. Do you agree that customers are more likely to complain nowadays?
参考范文1 Erm, I'm not sure. I suppose it could be, but not because more people actually want to complain. I think it's more that people have the access and opportunity to complain, even anonymously in some cases, and therefore do. It's just a lot easier these days.
参考范文2 It's not something I've ever considered before.Thinking about it now, though,no,I don't believe so.If people have a reason to complain and an avenue to go down,I think they would do it. I suppose there are more ways to make a complaint these days, with the advent of the internet and online apps, but I don't think that makes it more likely to happen.
6. How important is it for companies to take all custormer complaints seriously?
参考范文1 I think it's essential. If they don't take any of the complaints seriously,it could be their downfall. It could also be an opportunity for them to improve their services, but only if they're willing to listen to their customers. Unfortunately, that's not always the case. I think those that do will always end up beating those that don't, and the more companies that realise this, the better.
参考范文2 No,I don't think so. I've heard stories and rumours that some people only complain to try and get something for free. They know that many companies survive based on their good reputation, and they threaten to undermine that, so as for ALL com-plaints, no, I don't think so. It would be quite challenging to find the right balance and be confident that ignoring some is the right thing. I certainly wouldn't want that responsibilit.
